Wiki's - Wiki's are used to display information that other specified or non specified people can edit.
Blog - a blog is more personal to the creator letting them express there felling though what they writ and what the page looks like.
Use
Wiki - Used when more then one person is working on a project or something like that
blog - this is like a diary that is online, where people can read what the admin has written.
