What message do we want to deliver?
When the cognitive engagement occurred during the ICT-based project learning experience.
How will we deliver it?
TAS engagement website, in ACEC presentation, TAS year 3 website.
What do we need to record?
Still and video of students being engaged in the project, student reflections, teacher/pre-service teacher reflection/response to the project, commentary (audio, titles),
How will we put the vodcast together?
- statement/sentence that tells you the purpose/central question/focus of the video. Text and voice over. (10 seconds)
- images/sound etc tells the story of project stages. (1 - 1min 20 minutes)
- student perspective/reflections, focused on 'which stage of the project did you have the most fun/do the most work/ did your brain hurt the most'. Retrospective audio/video recording of student response; visual representation of data. (2 minutes).
- teacher reflections - perspectives when did the cognitive engagement really happen (1 minute).
- Conclusion statement (30 seconds) - voice over over a video pan shot of the class working.
