    Expo planning

    Expo: Thursday 30th July
    At: Centro
    Time: 4pm- 6pm

    What do you want to tell the audience?
    Students demonstrating through the use of ICT what they have learnt in the Sailing, Sinking, Soaring unit, which they have just completed.

    How will you do this?
    -Paper helicopters, blow between balloons and paper activities, balloon powered cars (have on-lookers participate.
    -Students explain the science behind the activities.
    -Play the podcast

    Who will do this?
    Choose four students, either pairs for 1.5h each or four for 3h.
    PST

    What resources (students, ICT, etc) will you need to do this?
    -Activity resources
    -Laptops with internet (vodcasts)

    What has to be done?
    Resources: organise
    Some sort of food!!!!!
    Students finish their web pages to adequate standard.

    What might go wrong? (risk management)
    Technology fails:
    Students don't come/ student behaviour/ safety:
    Not enough resources:
    Quiet periods (crowds):
