Update
- What have you achieved so far? A better understanding of what we have to do. After a delayed start, this will now work for us, we have had our first classroom visit
- How do you need to adjust your plan? The plan was based on too little information. Now that we have a better understanding of what we are looking for, we can create a better vehicle to move forward. We needed to simplify the plan - we were doing too much. We need to be more specific with the outcomes that we are looking for. We are looking at two groups: that have chosen not to use technology and those who have chosen to use the technology to achieve the same task.
- Are the existing roles working? So far, early days yet.
- How well has your team communicated? Very well, now that we are underway.
- What needs to be done to move forward? Take on board changes made, implement these changes and start collecting data.

Nice to get underway after a somewhat sluggish start. It will be good to look at our stated plan and to see how it morphs over time. Amanda. Sam and I have planned to have 11 contact periods over the next month or so, avoiding exams and holidays. We have also looked at expanding the experience to include some literacy using a unit on poetry as a vehicle.
This allows for cross curricula comparison with the students' engagement. - Ian
