    Learning Teams

    Learning teams will consist of one teacher teamed with two pre-service teachers.

    A lecturer will also be in each learning team as a critical friend.

    Six learning teams will be created:

    • Team 1 - Year 3 (Primary)
    • Team 2 - Year 5 (Primary)
    • Team 3 - Year 6 (Middle School Extension English)
    • Team 4 - Year 7 (Middle School English)
    • Team 5 - Year 9 (Maths)
    • Team 6 - Year 11 (History)


    Teacher Responsibilities
    • Attend the awareness-raising Workshop - April 3
    • Plan ICT-supported learning initiative for students
    • Implement ICT-supported learning activity
    • Complete data collection form during five different lessons
    • Communicate with own learning team and other learning teams (online)
    • Attend Evaluation Workshop - 12 June
    • Assist pre-service teacher with Expo - date TBA
    • Assist lecturer in writing conference paper
    • Attend Celebration Workshop - 30 Oct
    • Co-present with lecturer at ACEC2010 conference in Melbourne - 6 to 9 April 2010

    Pre-service Teacher Responsibilities
    • Attend the awareness-raising Workshop - April 3
    • Assist with planning ICT-supported learning initiative for students
    • Assist with implementing ICT-supported learning activity
    • Complete data collection form during five different lessons
    • Communicate with own learning team and other learning teams (online)
    • Attend Evaluation Workshop - 12 June
    • Organise activity for Expo - date TBA
    • Attend Celebration Workshop - 30 Oct

    • Provide advice to teacher and pre-service teacher to assist with implementing ICT-supported learning activity
    • Communicate as a critical friend with own learning team and other learning teams (online)
    • Attend Evaluation Workshop - 12 June
    • Support pre-service teacher with planning Expo - date TBA
    • Write conference paper with assistance of teacher
    • Attend Celebration Workshop - 30 Oct
    • Co-present with teacher ACEC2010 conference in Melbourne - 6 to 9 April 2010
